The Parque Eduardo VII is one of the most beautiful gardens of Lisbon. The view that we have over the city until Tagus river is incredible. Imagine what it would be to have a house there... only in dreams! I love to walk in gardens when the weather is nice and I feel pity that the city doesn't have many green areas. I love to see people sitting on the grass reading a book, playing with their children or simply talking underneath the shadow of a tree. One of the times of the year that I enjoy coming here is when Lisbon's Book Fair takes place. I adore it! I always come to buy several books to read throughout the year, it's truly worth it, because the prices are much more appealing. Although Parque Eduardo VII is one of the most charismatic spaces in Lisbon, I confess that I had never given me the work to know why it has this name. In other words, who was Eduardo VII? No other than the King Eduardo VII (1841-1910), from England.
